Shipping policy

At SoyOry, we strive to limit our use of plastics as much as practical and still deliver safe, delicious sauces to you. We utilize packaging from EcoEnclose that is made from recycled and/or recyclable materials, with a focus on sustainability. Please reuse and recycle your order packaging when possible.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow one business day to process your order. Expect an email within two business days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

We offer free economy shipping for orders over $50.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at scott@soyory.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
